    Most Expensive South End Condo 2010

    Looking back at 2010, what were the most expensive South End condos that sold?  Far and above the rest, the penthouse at 30 Upton Street is the gold ribbon winner.  Offered to the market on May 4, 2010 at $3,299,000 and closing on November 12, 2010 for $3,275,000, the expansive 3,400 square foot penthouse was the only South End sale to cross the $3 million mark.
